It’s Oscar Season! I don’t know about you, but I love movies and award shows that honor the best movies of the year. I love to see what the actors are wearing and who they thank if they win an award. I just find it so interesting that that’s their life.
Wholly Guacamole & Daily’s Cocktails wanted me to throw a Red Carpet Ready party to celebrate the upcoming Oscars and enjoy some Guacamole, Salsa and Cocktails with my friends.
I was so excited to open up a box full of Guacamole, Salsa, and a gift card to use to buy whatever Daily’s Cocktails that I thought would be perfect for my party. I went with the Strawberry Daiquiri and Margaritas for my get together. I also picked up some tortilla chips for my guacamole and salsa and called it a party.
My favorite Daily’s Cocktail was the Margarita, with a side of Red Pepper Mango Salsa and Tortilla Chips.
We watched the original version of Father of the Bride. I have never seen it before, but I have always love the more modern version with Steve Martin. It was so interesting to think about the modern version in comparison to the classic because most of the movie is almost verbatim the classic version.
I loved how simple the Daily’s Cocktails were to use, just freeze for a few hours and you have the perfect party drink. You can add a straw or pour it into a glass and party on.
